If I do not like the shirt, can I return it?
Yes, no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (not including return postage).
Refunds will NOT be made on items that are soiled, marked or damaged.
How much is the shipping charge?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated as you proceed through Checkout.
How long will I wait for delivery?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail thanking you for your purchase and
airmail your package within 48 hours of receiving your order. You should
receive your order in about a week.
Can I send an item directly to a friend as a gift?
Yes. During the Checkout procedure you will be given the option to enter a
different Shipping Address in addition to your own (credit card billing)
address. Just enter the name and address of your friend and the item
will be mailed directly to them.
Will my package be insured?
We guarantee to resolve any problem in your favor. You need to pay
no extra insurance charge.
Will I pay import and customs duties or sales tax?
We must attach a customs label to your package describing the contents
(T-shirt, clothing,/merchandise) and declaring the purchase price. However,
you should be aware that you are responsible for payment of
any tax in your own country.
How will my garment be packed?
Your order will arrive inside a protective waterproof mailing envelope.
Our envelopes are all made from recycled materials and we request
that you also recycle, or re-use them where possible.
Where can I find your telephone number?
At art of tri we feel that customer Support telephone hot lines are costly,
we are better positioned to serve you by e-mail. We pledge to reply
quickly to all emails within a 24-hour period.
Will my garment wash well?
Yes, for best results please follow these washing instructions:
Wash light & dark colors separately
Use cold water
Do not soak
Do not bleach
Do not tumble dry
Do not dry clean
Iron at a medium temperature setting
Do not iron directly on the printed logos.
